The issuance of the Passage Information Forms is a service provided by Aegean Motorway to professional drivers advising them on whether overweight-oversize vehicles/project machinery can travel on the motorway depending on the scheduled works and the existing traffic conditions. The service is provided to ensure high standards of customer care to professional drivers and users of the motorway and high levels of safety on the motorway
It is clarified that the Passage Information Form DOES NOT constitute a passage permit and does not substitute the passage permit for oversize – overweight vehicle/project machinery foreseen by art 53 of the Traffic Code
1 Issuance of the passage information form
Please complete the Passage Information Form with details of the vehicle that shall travel on ATHE Motorway and email it or fax it to Aegean Motorway:

Forms received after 3pm will be date-stamped on the following working day.
Responses to the Passage Information Forms will be sent by the day prior to the date of travel. If the Form is submitted for same-day journey, provided that the traffic conditions, the vehicle dimensions and the scheduled works allow it, the Form shall be responded to on the same day.
Aegean Motorway will email or fax the Passage Information Form back to the applicant informing them of the following:
- If the vehicle can travel on the motorway on the date requested, the hours during which transit is allowed between Kleidi I/C and Raches I/C will be indicated.
- If transit is not allowed, reasons will be stated.
Complete and email/fax the following forms:
2 Procedure on the date of transit
- On the day of the passage, the driver of the vehicle must contact the Motorway Management Centre (MMC) by phone on Tel: +30 2414 401010 – (at least one hour before reaching the section Raches I/C – Kleidi I/C), stating the protocol number, MOS_XXXX, so that the MMC can take all measures deemed necessary for the safe passage of the vehicle.
- At the Toll Plazas, the Toll Collector will ask the driver of the oversize vehicle for the Protocol Number (MOS) on the Passage Information Form and will immediately inform the MMC. At the same time, the Toll Collector will ask the driver to wait in the lane until confirmation is given by the MMC that the vehicle passage is allowed (average waiting time = 1 minute).
