Required Documents for Professionals
In order for your application to be processed as quickly as possible, please have the following documentation available for your 
subscription:
Identity card, passport or driving license of the person who fills in the Application form - Agreement. (to be shown)
• When the subscription for a professional is taken by a third party, authorization is required,signed by the interested party, accompanied by an affirmation of theauthenticity of the signature. |Authorization Form| attached.
• Certificate of commencement of works of the individual or tradesman. (to be shown).
• Vehicles List Form attached Detailed list of the vehicles to which transponders will be supplied (with a description of the number of axles and height).
