After having completed the registration application and pressed the 'Send' button, you will be sent a transponder for each vehicle you have applied for within 10 days at the address you entered at the respective filed in the application form.
To receive your transponder(s) you must:
- Show your ID Card or Passport or Driver’s License of the person that signed the application form (the company’s legal representative or his/her authorized representative).
- Produce a copy of the BoD decision appointing the company’s legal representative for such transactions.
- Sign and seal the (2) two copies of the Subscriber Agreement (on all pages), which is included in the envelope you will receive. Of these two copies you will keep one and hand the other one to the courier.
- Sign and print the full name of the receiving party on both copies of the dispatch note.
- Hand over the pink copy of the dispatch note (to be returned to our company).
- Hand the second copy of the signed agreement to the Courier, which will be returned to our company.
- Where the Company’s legal representative has authorized a third party, we need the authorization on the Company’s letterhead, signed by the legal representative with affirmation of the authenticity of the signature at a Citizen Service Center (KEP) or Police Station (the authorization must state the Company’s VAT Reg. No., Tax Office and address, as well as the number of transponders applied for under the Subscription program).
Please note that ONLY the Company’s LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE or such other person as has been appointed by BoD decision as the Company’s legal representative for such transactions will be entitled to sign agreements (please hand a copy of the respective BoD decision to the Courier).
Where your Company’s legal representative cannot be present at the deliver and signing of the agreements between us, the Company’s representative must authorize a third party. The authorization will be handed to the Courier driver and will be returned to our company.
Summarizing the above, please consider the following when visited by the courier at your offices:
- The legal representative must sign and seal the 2 copies of the Contract ; and
- The legal representative must also sign (and print his/her name on) the 2 copies of the Dispatch Note

Please note that the transponder(s) sent are activated, however they CANNOT be used given that no money has been credited into your account. You can add money to your
account in one of the following ways:
- at manual toll lanes (maximum credit amount €500).

at Customer Service Points (CSP) του
(maximum credit amount €1,500).
- Over-the-counter deposit at Piraeus Bank.
- via e-banking.

A minimum deposit of € 20 per transponder is required to activate your account – the credit is used solely for future transactions.
Attention: You must accurately complete all mandatory fields of the registration application in order to complete the registration procedure and start your Subscription account.
