We are always at your disposal, supporting you in many ways:
- Motorway users can call the Emergency Line 1866, to report emergencies.
The line is open 24/7 - Motorway users can reach the Customer Service Department on tel:
2410 741440, 440 and request to be connected to the departments of the company or information on the operation of the motorway regarding:
- Eway,
- General information such as traffic restrictions for trucks, petrol stations, toilets, MSS etc
- The procedure for the issuance of oversize vehicles & project machinery,
- Payment of amounts due following completion of the inability to pay tolls form
- Requests, remarks, complaints and comments for the services provided which are forwarded and examined by the appropriate Divisions in order for them to respond to drivers.
The Customer Service line is open Monday to Sunday 07:00-22:00

Member of the Hellenic Customer Service Institute
Aegean Motorway became a member of the Hellenic Customer Service Institute in January 2011 and participates actively in the institute’s activities and initiatives regardin “the promotion, improvement in the quality of the services provided, and knowledge transfer as regards customer service in the Greek market”, (www.customerservice.gr).
In working with the Institute, the company’s objective is to promote drivers’ role in the Modern Greek motorways and to improve even more the services provided.
