Aegean Motorway provides high quality services to the Users of the Motorway. The Company ensures that specially trained personnel and high technology equipment is available 24/7 so as to achieve the uninterrupted operation and regular maintenance of the Motorway.

Aegean Motorway SA provides the following services:

  • Traffic management by the Motorway Management Centre (MMC) on a 24/7 basis. MMC coordinates all actions for Project Maintenance assisted by the use of CCTV, the emergency number 1866 and patrols 24/7, constantly monitoring the Project, identifying incidents and intervening when necessary. MMC provides assistance to drivers and facilitates the authorities in their work.
  • The Customer Service call centre is open from 7:00 to 22:00 and provides information to drivers.
  • Professional users may be informed on whether overweight/ oversize vehicles and project machinery can travel on the motorway.
  • Road assistance provided to heavy and light vehicles.

At the same time, and always trying for the continuous improvement of services provided, Aegean Motorway proceeds with the installation of a modern system for the Management of the Motorway with systems for the collection of traffic and meteorological data and transfer of useful information to the drivers for maximizing Road Safety.
