Quality Management - ISO 9001:2008

Within the framework of Qualiy Management, structures and processed have been developed and put in place for the continous improvement of the Services provided so as to satisfy Client needs.

Aegean Motorway recognizes that its client is the State with which it has signed the Concession Agreement – the provisions of which it is now called to meet in the most efficient manner.

At the same time, the company recognises that the Users of the Motorway are also its clients and that they communicate their opinions, their needs and complaints to it. Documentation of the Quality System has been developed in such a way that it covers all Management Systems of the Company.

The Quality Management System was developed in line with the requirements of Statndard ISO 9001:2008 and certified by Lloyds Register QA
