The Aegean Motorway, Concession Company for PATHE Motorway, section Maliakos – Kleidi was established in June12, 2007 and its registered offices are in the Prefecture of Larissa. The Company’s exclusive scope of works is the design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance and exploitation of PATHE Motorway, section Maliakos – Kleidi (i.e. the section of the motorway from Raches I/C to Kleidi I/C) as well as all other ancillary facilities and related activities
